As much as some bemoan the commercialization of the Camino Frances...the spirit lives on. |
If it weren't for the sign...this could be Illinois or Kansas! |
One of those moments, when you are glad you decided to call it a day a little early!! |
The ladies who made my delicious dinner possible in St. Martin del Camino. |
And my salad as fresh as fresh can be! |
Ok...what is with Spain and a sky that screams to be photographed at every turn? |
See what I mean! |
And again...breathtaking! |
Cleaning up after a medieval fair! While I heard it was fab, glad I missed the crowds that were also unreal! |
So...got the prettiness without the crowds! The shadow is Enzo, the guy with the heart transplant!! We crossed paths regularly till he went home to Italy! Truly an inspiration. |
Donativo! A place to rest on the way to Astorga, offering coffee, tea, juices etc...as well as words of encouragement! |
Karin, your pics are great - so clear - but I can only seem to get them on 'Follower' alerts, not on your main blog. And therefore not sure whether you're getting my comments?
ReplyDeletePerhaps this is my abysmal cyber-ignorance, or something!
Anyhow - keep 'em coming!
I can read your comment Robert so I know Karin can :-) She is manipulating the dates to place them in the right place chronologically with her walk entries- so they are not appearing at the 'top' of her blog.
ReplyDeleteMargaret...thanks for 'splainin!!
ReplyDeleteRobert...I usually try to put a new one at the beginning...telling you where to look, but..sometimes I forgets! Thanks for the compliment...that little camera was my best piece of equipment, besides the pack!
